Boyz II Men, an R&B vocal group from Philadelphia, emerged as the most successful pop group of the 1990s, famous for songs like "End of The Road," "On Bended Knee," and "I’ll Make Love To You." Founded by Nathan Morris in the mid-1980s at the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts, the group included Wanya Morris, Shawn Stockman, and Michael McCary. They were discovered by Michael Bivins in 1988 and signed with Motown Records. Their debut album, Cooleyhighharmony, released in 1991, featured hits like "Motownphilly" and "It’s So Hard To Say Goodbye To Yesterday," selling nine million copies. In 1992, "End of The Road" stayed at number one for 13 weeks. Their 1994 album II sold 12 million copies, with "I’ll Make Love To You" and "On Bended Knee" topping the charts.
